From Napoleon Napoleon claims an 85% burn efficiency. The stove will burn either oil or kerosene, as ordered, but not both fuels. Both of the Savoy stoves, the OS11 and OS10 feature a stainless steel, double wall oil vaporizer burn system and come with a lifetime warranty.

We had our stove located in a basement apartment, since day 1 we experienced problems with the stove not lighting and flooding, the stove 'puffed 2-3 times nearly blowing up once, this resulted in the glass cracking.
