We have had our Harman xxv since Sept 2009. I previously had a Vermont Casting wood stove which I liked but for efficiency and safety I am pleased w/ the switch to pellets. I've been burning a Harman Advance for 7 years with no problems or replacement parts. Did hear loud clunking sound every once in a while coming from the feeder area and narrowed it down to the size of the pellets. Found certain brand of pellets had larger than normal pellets so switched brand and clunking went away. Harman makes a great stove and helped reduce my oil bill to next to nothing.
