We bought a Pelpro pellet stove just over a year ago, exactly 22 days after warranty ended. We called Home Depot to find a repair service which lead us back to the Pelpro manufacturer in Minnesota. Our first call to Pelpro we were told there is no one that repairs there machines, it is up to you to figure it out and buy the parts from them. They will give us 5 minutes of their time to help ...Overall Performance:

We've used this brand of pellet stove since 2006 and have excellent service from it. The 60 lb. hopper is far superior to the majority of pellet stoves that only hold 40 lbs. The need for cleaning soot buildup is the result of what kind of pellets you use and I have found only one brand of pellets that is truly premium. This one brand is more expensive but produces a hotter heat and less soot. ...Overall Performance:

Poorly designed. 1. Need an allen wrench to take the ash bin out. Why not knurled knobs? 2. The draft gate is extremely touchy and difficult to adjust. Why not put threads on the shaft and again a knurled knob to adjust. 3. One of the fan bearings went out after three years, poor quality manufacturing. 4. The metal lip that holds the insulated back board, is falling off. Flimsy sheet ...Overall Performance:
