Dutchwest Cast Iron Extra Large 2462
I have burned at least 60 cords of wood in mine since the mid nineties. It burns remarkably clean. When I clean the chimney in the spring(masonry, round flue) I get very little creosote. It is not as easy to use as my my non catalytic (in my shop) but it holds the heat very well and I rarely have to restart it in the morning. There is a little back puffing depending on the weather but I have gotten to know it well enough that it is not a big issue. You do need to keep the catalytic combuster clean.
