Overall pretty good, BUT...the stupid factory catalytic doesn't last long, maybe 2 years with HEAVY use. Now they have stainless steel ones, cheaper and last longer, but still... . also some back puffing issues occasionally, like frickin' now! sheesh. Probably a good idea to replace any bolts on the interior of the firebox every 2-3 years. My stove is now 8 years old, and every time I have to replace a part the bolt heads snap off now, lots of fun. This is the first stove that I've owned and it is the primary heater for our 1600sq.ft. home. 9 hour burn time, yeah right, your mileage may vary*
