Our rep was not hlpful, mfgr says use certified pellets, Used pellets from 8 different mfgrs and stove wont work. Now trying corn and it still doesn't work. This stove has had a gremlin since just after installation and no one cares. What a waste of time, money, pellets. A piece of junk!!

I’m very disappointed that it only last me four winters. The box that the secondary combustion chamber sits in has rusted through. I wish it could of lasted at least 10 years.
